Ancak g&ouml;revlendirmede:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hizmet gere&#287;inin gerek&ccedil;esi a&ccedil;&#305;k&ccedil;a yaz&#305;lmal&#305;,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G&ouml;revlendirme s&uuml;resi belirtilmeli,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>S&uuml;resiz ge&ccedil;ici g&ouml;revlendirme yap&#305;lmamal&#305;,<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aday memurlar ge&ccedil;ici g&ouml;revlendirilmemeli,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Atand&#305;&#287;&#305; birimde <strong>bir y&#305;ldan az<\/strong> &ccedil;al&#305;&#351;an personel ge&ccedil;ici g&ouml;revlendirilmemeli,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G&ouml;revde y&uuml;kselme veya unvan de&#287;i&#351;ikli&#287;iyle atanan personel, yeni biriminde <strong>en az iki y&#305;l<\/strong> &ccedil;al&#305;&#351;madan ge&ccedil;ici g&ouml;revlendirilmemelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YBS ve EBYS kullan&#305;m&#305;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ge&ccedil;ici g&ouml;revlendirme onaylar&#305; ve iptalleri <strong>YBS &uuml;zerinden haz&#305;rlanacak<\/strong>, EBYS &uuml;zerinden elektronik imzaya a&ccedil;&#305;lacak ve onaydan sonra YBS&rsquo;ye i&#351;lenecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">B&ouml;lge M&uuml;d&uuml;rl&uuml;klerinin manuel\/&#305;slak imzal&#305; &#351;ekilde haricen ge&ccedil;ici g&ouml;revlendirme yapmamas&#305; gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S&ouml;zle&#351;meli personelin memur kadrosuna atanmas&#305;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">28\/11\/2022 tarihinden sonra s&ouml;zle&#351;meli olarak atanan ve &uuml;&ccedil; y&#305;l&#305;n&#305; dolduran personel, s&uuml;renin bitiminden itibaren <strong>bir ay i&ccedil;erisinde yaz&#305;l&#305; talepte bulunmas&#305; halinde memur kadrosuna atanabilecektir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bir ayl&#305;k s&uuml;re i&ccedil;inde ba&#351;vuru yap&#305;lmazsa atama hakk&#305;ndan <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;FERAGAT&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Vazge&ccedil;me. Bir haktan bedelli veya bedelsiz vazge&ccedil;me.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tkgmdestek.com.tr\/?glossary=feragat\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">feragat<\/a> edilmi&#351; say&#305;l&#305;yor. Ayr&#305;ca personele ayr&#305;ca <a class=\"glossaryLink\" aria-describedby=\"tt\" data-cmtooltip=\"&lt;div class=glossaryItemTitle&gt;TEBL&#304;GAT&lt;\/div&gt;&lt;div class=glossaryItemBody&gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;Yaz&#305;l&#305; bildirim, duyuru. Bir i&#351;lemin sonucunun ilgililere duyurma yollar&#305;ndan biri. S&ouml;zl&uuml; bildirime tevhim, yaz&#305;l&#305; bildirime tebli&#287; denir. Tebli&#287; gazete yolu ile yap&#305;l&#305;yorsa buna ilanen tebli&#287; denir. Adresi bilinemeyenlere tebligat ilanen yap&#305;l&#305;r. Bkz. Tebligat Kanunu.&amp;lt;br\/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&lt;\/div&gt;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tkgmdestek.com.tr\/?glossary=tebligat\" data-gt-translate-attributes='[{\"attribute\":\"data-cmtooltip\", \"format\":\"html\"}]' tabindex=\"0\" role=\"link\">tebligat<\/a> yap&#305;lmayaca&#287;&#305;ndan, personelin kendi hizmet ve ba&#351;vuru s&uuml;resini takip etmesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kurumlar aras&#305; ge&ccedil;ici g&ouml;revlendirme<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurumlar aras&#305; ge&ccedil;ici g&ouml;revlendirmelerin onay mercii <strong>Genel M&uuml;d&uuml;rl&uuml;k Makam&#305;d&#305;r.<\/strong> Talepler EBYS &uuml;zerinden Personel Dairesi Ba&#351;kanl&#305;&#287;&#305;na g&ouml;nderilerek Genel M&uuml;d&uuml;rl&uuml;k onay&#305;na sunulur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aday memur staj&#305;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aday memur staj de&#287;erlendirme formunda birinci ve ikinci amirin kim olaca&#287;&#305; ayr&#305;nt&#305;l&#305; olarak belirlenmi&#351;tir.
